Your role in our team

• You will coach employees in their professional development
• You will review employees and correct any insufficient performance
• You will act as a liaison for KMS Management to support business area strategies
• You will determine the best methods to complete procedures and processes
• You will develop strategies for growing sales resources including employees and software tools
• You will establish setting goals for sales personnel
• You will review and analyze sales performances against quotas and determine plan for progress
• You will establish training programs for sales personnel
• You will review various sales reports and provide to cross-functional departments
• You will perform visits to key customer accounts to grow customer relationship
• You will implement and train employees on sales tools, including CRM system and sales reporting tools
• You will monitor competitor sales activities
• You will perform approvals for the sales department per the signing authorities’ document
• You will review PO contracts thoroughly to avoid risk exposure
• You will achieve agreed upon contribution margin
• You will determine resolution for all commercial issues with customers and prospects
• You will develop and maintain sales budget
• You will maintain up to date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
• You will collaborate with Human Resources in staffing sales department
• You will maintain a clean and safe work area
• You will show a strong eagerness to learn and a positive attitude everyday
• You will work on special projects as needed
• You will take responsibility across divisions for assigned tasks and topics

Your profile

• You have a B.S. in engineering or related technical field (required)
• You have three years technical or capital equipment sales experience (required)
• You have five years’ experience in relevant manufacturing environment (required)
• You demonstrate excellent customer relations skills with a strong customer focus
• You have the ability to negotiate contracts
• You have knowledge of marketing and market planning
• You have the ability to make effective and persuasive arguments
• You have the knowledge of ProE and AutoCAD
• You have the ability to think ahead and plan over a 1 – 2 year time span
• You display great leadership skills and the ability to get results through others
• You demonstrate computer literacy Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• You show a commitment to company values and vision
• You have the ability to travel 35% of the year

Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
